Māedn stands behind the quality of our bags. If you are not pleased with your purchase you may initiate a return for unused product within 30 days of the purchase date. In order for a full refund on your bag, the dust cover must be included in the return parcel. Please reach out to hello@maednbags.com for a return shipping label. Please keep in mind that the return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once your item has been inspected, we will refund the original form of payment with 3-5 business days.
Māedn offers a 1 year warranty on all bag hardware. This includes zippers, clasps and rings. We also warranty our bags for any manufacturing defects. Please reach out to hello@maednbags to initiate a warranty claim.
International orders are final. No returns are accepted.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties
SHIPPING
Most orders will ship out from our Utah fulfillment center within 1-2 business days of purchase via UPS. However, that time can be extended up to 1 week during peak shopping times such as new product launches, sales and other promotions.
Our fulfillment center has their own process for pulling and shipping orders and there isn’t a guarantee that items can be shipped together so we are unable to combine multiple orders placed.
*Claims for packages marked “delivered” yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
