Oat Do-It-All Backpack

I bought this bag after my old Maedn one fell apart during my last trip. I loved that bag for its abundance of pockets, but this one is even better. It’s easier to clean and made from durable materials—not vegan leather, which I’ve found doesn’t hold up over time. This bag is superb: tons of pockets, drink holders both inside and out, and my favorite feature—the exterior zipper that lets it slide securely onto my luggage handle. It doesn’t fit my 16” MacBook Pro, but I plan to travel with a MacBook Air soon, so that’s not a dealbreaker.

Purchased this bag because my old Maedn bag fell apart on my last travels. I loved that bag because it had so many pockets. This one is even better because it’s easier to clean and not vegan leather. The vegan leather doesn’t last long but this bag is superb. It has all the pockets, drink holder in and out of the bag, and what I love the most is the outside zipper can be unzipped to hold onto your luggage. It doesn’t fit my 16’’ MacBook Pro but I’ll get an Air at some point to travel with so no big deal.

I was impressed with the feel and function of the bag and the quality of the materials used. I love how many pockets it has and the genius of having a divider in the back tech pocket to keep a laptop and notebook separated. The mesh zipper pocket towards the top utilizes the upper half of the bag. The multi-pocketed front compartment is perfectly sized for easy access to all the essentials (phone, wallet, keys, gum, chapstick) without getting bulky. Comfy straps which distribute the weight nicely so even when the bag is packed to the max it’s comfortable to carry. The stroller hooks at the top of the bag are nice although I’d love to see them moved to the sides of the bag or maybe keep them where they are add just add a loop somewhere toward the front of the bag for those of us who like to add charms and practical things like hand sanitizer to the outside of the bag. My only true critique/suggestion would be to make the bag another inch or so deeper in the main compartment to keep the bag from tipping slightly forward when sitting on the ground and allow for a bit more wiggle room when grabbing for things. Oh-also- not a deal breaker or anything but a nice addition would be a key leash of some sort. I always love when my bag has one. Those minor changes and the bag is perfection. Sooo good overall though! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful bag, plenty of space and pockets. Great for a diaper bag and for traveling.
